White Construction was selected as the Design-Build Contractor for this 105,000 square-foot manufacturing facility. The components of the building include tilt-wall concrete panels, structural steel frame, and a TPO roofing system. The 35,000 square-foot office area provides space for administration, engineering, and research and development. Due to its proximity to the Florida coast, the building was constructed to withstand wind speeds of 130 mph.
