We had to make every inch count, because the building footprint took up almost all of the property. We had only 16 feet to work with on two sides of the 116’ x 375’ structure, and a narrow access point adjacent to protected wetlands. The 48-unit condominium on the Gulf of Mexico has on-grade parking and features a striking four-story atrium that runs through the center of the structure.
