This luxury senior living development in the north central hills of Austin includes three and four-story assisted living and memory care facilities. The project consists of a vehicle traffic bridge across the creek, an exterior courtyard, a swimming pool, walks, retaining walls, and landscaping.
The steep limestone site required a significant amount of cut and backfill. The buildings have a slab-on-grade concrete foundation. Framing is CMU, structural steel, and structural metal-framed panels with metal roof trusses. Exterior EFIS finishes, and standing seam roof envelop the structure.
